A 4th-generation entrepreneur, best-selling author and the high-energy creator of the Reinvention Road Trip programs, Jes brings over two decades of experience coaching high-performing individuals and teams to lead with confidence and make bold career moves. Jes has worked with powerhouse brands like Google, Amazon, Boston Scientific, Cisco and Palo Alto Networks.
Her journey also includes roles with the NFL, NBA, Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo North America, as well as co-founding Black Wall Street Homecoming, a nonprofit focused on closing funding gaps for Black and Brown tech founders. Whether advising execs, speaking on leadership, or helping someone reignite their spark, Jes brings contagious energy and a deep belief in the power of reinvention.
An Ohio native (go Buckeyes!) now based in North Carolina, Jes is a novice gardener, a sucker for a good line dance, and always on the hunt for the city’s next great restaurant.
